We understand that sometimes other commitments may mean that you are unable to facilitate a play experience.
In most instances, we encourage groups to have multiple volunteers in place, so that this responsibility can be shared across the group.
However, if you find yourself in a situation whereby you require additional support and you don't have another volunteer available, you may request support from another group member.
As long as this is a one-off instance; and you have advised your Community Development Officer in advance; these requests can usually be accommodated. This will mean that you do not have to cancel or postpone groups and you can get back to the business of play!
