How do I include an Acknowledgement of Country at my playgroup?

Ideas on how to include Acknowledgement of Country into your play experience.

An Acknowledgement of Country is an opportunity for anyone to show
respect for Traditional Owners and the continuing connection of Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander peoples to Country.

An Acknowledgement of Country can be offered by any person and like a
Welcome to Country, is given at the beginning of a meeting, speech or
event.

Acknowledgement of Country for ____ . We would like to
acknowledge the traditional owners of the land in which we meet today. The _____
People. The ____ people have been caring for this land for thousands of
years. We want to say thank you to the people for sharing their land with us.
Our hope is that all of us can help to look after the land, plants and animals
(big and small), people and of course ourselves.
