How do I use the check-in feature for my play experience?

Information on using the check-in system for your play experience

On arrival at your play experience, families can check-in using one of the following methods:

1. Scan a QR code (Facilitators can get a copy of their unique play experience QR Code via the Playgroup Management Tool on the Facilitator Portal)

Facilitators can show families the QR Code on the group dashboard and they can scan this with their phone: or you can save this and print a copy. 

Tips about the QR Code:
• The QR Code doesn’t change between sessions
• The QR Code will redirect families to check into the next open session
• Sessions can be checked into 2 hours before they begin
• Session check-in closes 15 minutes before the end of the session
