How do you manually enter attendance data?

The easiest and most efficient way to capture attendance data at your play experience is to use the digital attendance system.

However, should this not be available, or if families are unable to access this via their personal devices you can enter attendance data after your group has finished.

To do this log into the facilitator portal and click on the 'manage my play experience' button. From here scroll to the bottom of the page until you see 'past sessions'. Click on the session you are needing to enter data into and select 'view check in page'.

From here you will be able to manually enter those families that attended your group. Please note, you will need email addresses and know the number of adults and children that attended from each family.   

There is no cut off time to enter this data, however to support Play Matters reporting requirements we request you enter this information as soon as practical after a play experience is delivered.
