Details for process on running events and excursions
All play experiences wishing to hold an external event or excursion are required to let Play Matters know through the completion of the Event request or Excursion or routine outing forms, found on the facilitator portal.
This form helps us to better understand the type of event/excursion you are looking to hold, and what additional considerations may be needed to ensure your activity is covered by Play Matters Australia insurance.
Once our team has reviewed the relevant form - we will be in touch to advise if your activity has been approved, or whether you may need to consider alternative options.
