To date, interactions between the families and residents have been positive and very respectful. When parents/carers and children feel comfortable, feel free to support interactions and encourage your group members to say hello and introduce themselves to the residents.
If any children are not comfortable, it's important to not force interactions; remember this is a different environment and everyone feels comfortable at different points.
