Details on what families have to do when they check into a play experience
All families attending play experience are required to check-in using the Play Matters Australia attendance system (check-in system). Details on the check-in system can be found here.
When attending a play experience, families will be required to do the following:
- Once a family has either scanned the QR Code or clicked on the group check-in
button they will be able to enter their details and sign in. - The family will be prompted to enter in their email address
- If the family checks in using the email address they used when becoming a member, they will only need to complete a short form; which captures details on the number of adults and children attending the group
- If a family is not a member of Play Matters Australia, they will be prompted to complete the membership form. It is a requirement for insurance and compliance purposes that
everyone who attends a play experience is a member. - Once a family is a member, they only need to complete the shorted check in form each subsequent time they attend a play experience.
Further details on the attendance system can be found in the Attendance system and facilitator portal guide.
