What if I can't access the online attendance system?

There may be instances whereby either yourself or families attending your play experience are unable to access the digital attendance system.

In these instances, it is still important that you capture a record of who is attending your group. This information will then need to be manually entered into your play experience session at a later date. 

If you do need to manually capture play experience attendees - please use this form (available via the facilitator portal) to ensure you are gathering all the required information. 

There is no cut off time to enter this data, however to support Play Matters reporting requirements we request you enter this information as soon as practical after a play experience is delivered.
