What is the RSVP function used for?

The RSVP function allows an organiser/facilitator to set a limit to the number of people that can register to attend a session. This may help if you plan on running a big event or if you are getting too many attendees.

When a session is created you can click the toggle on the session creation page to set an RSVP limit for the group. This will mean families can register to attend on your play experience landing page by clicking ‘RSVP’. Once a group has reached its RSVP limit, the button will disappear. Potential attendees may then use the contact details provided to reach out to the facilitator directly if required.

The RSVP function is a great way of getting people to ensure they are members before attending a session. It also lets you know who is coming to your session, which can help if new families plan on attending.
