Welcome to Mount Crosby Playgroup
At Mount Crosby Playgroup we value community, play and connection. We are a warm, welcoming and supportive local community group run by volunteers. We facilitate a range of learning through play with a focus on fun. Mount Crosby Playgroup is open to all carers and their children from 0-5 years old. It is a great way to connect with other parents in the local community. We run during school terms, each Friday from 9.00am until 11.00am. Your first visit is free, then we ask for a voluntary contribution of $3.00 per week for a family to cover the cost of consumables. Come and join us for a lovely morning!

experiences
Playgroup is for everyone. A regular meeting of families with their children aged 0-5, often with set up activities and invitations to play and families to connect. There are playgroups run by community (often volunteer-led), organisations (like schools) and specialist groups too, all supported by Play Matters.
School readiness involves developing key skills in the transition to formal schooling. Activities focus on empowering families to be involved in learning and building key physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and communication skills to support children entering school.
