The health and safety of all families, employees, volunteers, and facilitators is our top priority.

Play Matters Australia responds to the changing requirements of COVID-19 daily. We guide and support our employees, volunteers, families, facilitators, and members to reduce the risk of infection from COVID-19 at Play Matters Australia programs and locations across Australia.

The Australian population (aged 16 and over) has reached high levels (greater than 92%) of vaccination status. Now that the population has reached this level of vaccination, Australia has moved from an elimination strategy to learning to live with COVID-19. Play Matters Australia will always align to government legislation and directives in each state or territory.

Our vision of connected children, families, and communities guides us to ensure our play experiences are provided in a COVID-safe environment. This means that from time to time and depending on the current advice, Play Matters Australia play experiences may be delivered in several ways, including face-to-face and online.
