Welcome to Little Possums' Playgroup

At Cooroy State School we believe that play is a vital way for children to learn. When kids play, they explore their interests and the world around them, helping them grow their creativity, problem-solving, and social connections. In playgroup, we aim to create a safe and welcoming space where children can take risks, try new things, and express themselves. We endeavour to guide and support children as they play, encouraging them to work together and share ideas. We understand that every child is unique, and play can look different for everyone. We strive to offer a variety of play activities that meet the individual needs of each child. Our focus on play ensures that learning is fun and helps children develop a lifelong love of learning. Playgroup also aims to foster a sense of community and provide a valuable support network for parents and families, building lifelong connections and making the parenting journey more enjoyable and fulfilling. Tea and coffee provided, please bring along a snack, hat and water bottle.
