Come along for a fun, friendly and relaxed morning together in our 0-5 year old playgroup each Wednesday morning between 9am-10am during term times. The playgroup meets in the St. Patrick's Primary School grounds in our multi-purpose room, next to the school hall. Playgroup is run by an experienced early years school officer. Activities in the playgroup focus on weekly themes and include story time, activities, craft, games, music and art. All are welcome.

Playgroup is for everyone. A regular meeting of families with their children aged 0-5, often with set up activities and invitations to play and families to connect. There are playgroups run by community (often volunteer-led), organisations (like schools) and specialist groups too, all supported by Play Matters.
School readiness involves developing key skills in the transition to formal schooling. Activities focus on empowering families to be involved in learning and building key physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and communication skills to support children entering school.
