Welcome to Little Explorers Hawthorne
Little Explorers is a welcoming playgroup for parents aged 25 years and under who have given birth, with children aged 0–5 years. Join us every Tuesday to connect with other young families in a friendly and supportive environment where you can play, chat and build connections. Each session includes fun activities for children, access to a Children's Health QLD nurse, morning tea, and play ideas to take home. The playgroup is supported by the Young Mothers for Young Women team at Micah Projects. Free on-street parking is available, and the venue is easily accessible by public transport.

Playgroup is for everyone. A regular meeting of families with their children aged 0-5, often with set up activities and invitations to play and families to connect. There are playgroups run by community (often volunteer-led), organisations (like schools) and specialist groups too, all supported by Play Matters.
Specific playgroup for the early stages of parenting - baby playgroups (0 - 12 months of age) are for families to connect and share experiences, build friendships and community.
