🌼 Mutchilba State School Playgroup – Everyone’s Welcome! 🌼 Join us every second Wednesday for a relaxed and friendly morning designed for little learners and their grown-ups! Our fortnightly playgroup is the perfect way for children aged 0–5 to play, explore, and grow together through a mix of fun, hands-on activities. From sensory play and storytelling to music, craft, and outdoor adventures – there’s something new each time to engage curious minds and busy hands. 👒 What to bring: a hat, a water bottle, a snack and your sense of fun! ☕ Tea and coffee are provided for parents and carers – a great chance to connect with others in our supportive school community. Whether you're new to the area, looking to meet other families, or just wanting to share a lovely morning with your child – everyone is welcome. No cost, no pressure, just a lovely way to start your day. Types of play

Playgroup is for everyone. A regular meeting of families with their children aged 0-5, often with set up activities and invitations to play and families to connect. There are playgroups run by community (often volunteer-led), organisations (like schools) and specialist groups too, all supported by Play Matters.
Safe, inclusive and welcoming play opportunities for children who may have developmental concerns and/or disabilities, from 0-8 years. No diagnosis necessary.
A supported, tailored program for children with developmental concern and/or disability. No diagnosis necessary. These groups offer weekly playgroups, group music therapy, and holiday groups. Delivered by a qualified Early Childhood Facilitator and Registered Music Therapists.
