Welcome to Dure Playgroup (Korean culture based)
Dure Playgroup is a fun group for children aged 2 to 4 to learn about Korean language and culture. We read books, sing songs, do art and craft, play games, and enjoy free play. Activities change every week. We usually meet at the centre, but sometimes we have outdoor activities. Booking is required each term as spots are limited and the location may vary. Please bring your own snack/lunch and drinks.

Types of play
experiences
Playgroup is for everyone. A regular meeting of families with their children aged 0-5, often with set up activities and invitations to play and families to connect. There are playgroups run by community (often volunteer-led), organisations (like schools) and specialist groups too, all supported by Play Matters.
These playgroups celebrate diversity through play-based activities, such as stories, songs, games and everyday play experiences, while supporting children to build identity, connection and a sense of belonging, and helping families connect with their culture and community. Families with an interest in connecting with culture are welcome to attend.
