Imaginative Play Matters Sunshine Coast Instagram Giveaway (October 2025)

The Sunshine Coast Play Matters Hub ran a competition on Instagram during their 50th anniversary celebrations and Imaginative Play Matters week. There were 1 winner per session (with a total of seven winners) and prizes were donated from the Play Matters Australia head office.

The Sunshine Coast Hub Instagram page increased it's followers by 80 during the promotion period.

Man with a Pram Gift Voucher & Merchandise Pack

Play Matters Australia incentivised playgroups participation in the Man with a Pram 2025 walk, encouraging playgroups to participate and go into the drawer to win one, $100 gift voucher to spend on playgroup (morning tea or supplies) and a merchandise pack. The drawer was held at 3:00pm (AEST) on Monday 8th September, via a random online drawer system. Diane (Play Matters Cairns Facilitator) for the White Rock Supported Playgroup in South Cairns was the winner.

The group of participating playgroups was emailed and Diane was notified also by email.

2025 Townsville STEM Faire 2025 Giveaway

Play Matters Australia hosted a stall at 2025 Townsville STEM Faire and had five prize packs to giveaway.

By checking in to the event on site, and providing their email and contact details, entrants had a chance to win one of five $200 prize packs. The draw was conducted at the Townsville Play Matters Hub on Tuesday 2nd September 2025 at 12:02pm and the winners have been notified by phone and email.

2025 Signature Event Survey

Play Matters Australia sought feedback from signature event attendees in 2025. Information from the survey will be used to ensure the continuous improvement of events offered by Play Matters Australia. For completing the survey participants had the opportunity to go into a draw to win 1 of 4 $50 vouchers. The draw was conducted at the Enoggera head office on Friday 18th July 2025 (1:15pm) and the winners have been notified by phone and email.
