2024 Annual General Meeting

The 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 20 November 2024 from 6pm at the Sky Lounge, Kedron-Wavell 21 Kittyhawk Drive, Chermside QLD 4032.   The meeting will include a presentation by our guest speaker, Dr Melinda Miller.

Dr Melinda Miller is a registered teacher, education researcher, and consultant. Over a 20-year career, Melinda has worked with early childhood services, schools, in higher education, and with government. She delivers professional learning in the education sector on topics including inclusive education, play-based learning, and educational leadership. In her current role as the Director of Early Learning at First Five Early Learning, Melinda guides the provision of quality education and care in early childhood services in Queensland and Victoria. She is a member of the Early Childhood Australia QLD committee and Reconciliation Industry Network Group, and was recently appointed as a member of the Australian Education Research Organisation (AERO) First Nations Expert Reference Group.
